Solar, wind, hydrogen and other renewable energy generation has increased in recent years and is expected to continue this trend in the near future. Among other participants in this market, investors, renewable energy project sponsors, power purchasers, and financial institutions face unique challenges in diligence of new project opportunities, evaluation and execution of transactions, and navigation of complex regulations and policy issues affecting their businesses.
