Sang Shin is an Associate Attorney at Foster, LLP, one of the nation’s leading immigration law firms, practicing Global Business Immigration. He currently serves his corporate clientele in the preparation and compliance of U.S. visa and permanent residency processes and facilitates the emigration of his clients’ global workforce around the world.

Sang received his Bachelor’s degree in International Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned his J.D. from Charlotte School of Law. He joined the AABA in 2012, served on the Mentorship and Law School Relations Committee in 2014, and co-chaired for the Social Committee in 2015. He looks forward to his new role as Vice President of Community Relation for the upcoming year.

Janet Brown is Legal Counsel – Commercial, North America for CEVA Logistics. She represents her company in the negotiation of logistics service agreements, and a broad range of procurement agreements for goods and services. In addition, Janet is responsible for an industrial real estate portfolio across the US and Canada consisting of over 125 facilities and covering over 18 million square feet. Prior to joining CEVA Logistics, Janet was an attorney at BakerHostetler where she practiced commercial real estate in the healthcare sector. Janet is admitted to practice in Texas and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, and is currently VP Development for the Asian American Bar Association of Houston, and an Ambassador for the Houston Bar Association.
